Chia Chocolate Protein PuddingThis chocolate chia protein pudding tastes just like a chocolate mousse but its packed full of goodness! It’s ideal for a healthy treat or post-gym snack because its packed with protein, Omega-3 and fibre! This takes about five minutes to whip up in the blender…so what are you waiting for?
3/4 cup Coconut Milk
2 tbsp Chia Bia Whole Chia Seeds
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (we used a soy based protein)
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Add the milk and chia seeds to a Nutribullet or blender and whizz together for about 30 seconds.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined, smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a glass/jar and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Serve chilled and top with a sprinkling of shredded coconut, cacao nibs, chia seeds or even some fruit!
